I have been very busy these last couple of weeks. I helped put in 2 ceiling fans, made some extra money working, and school shopping.

I am looking into getting certified for CPR/First Aid/AED. I am also filling out paperwork to officially volunteer with One Missing Link. They help with searches for missing children, work with authorities on amber alerts and a whole lot more.

I'm quite addicted to Mahjong solitare. I would really love to learn how to play the acutal game with multiple players.

I'm going to go see the Cirque du Soleil show Quidam next month. I got tickets at pre-sale price and I have very nice seats (the woman on the phone said I couldn't have gotten a better spot).

I'm off to go walk my 2 miles.

11:26 pm - OMG
Today could not have been more stressful!

My stressful Grandia 3 adventure:
I went to Game Stop a couple weeks ago and preordered. I did NOT think it would be as hard as it was. The guy at the counter looked at me like he didn't know what I was talking about (who wouldn't know about G3?!) and finally I thought I was through, but I had to give my email address (my school one is pretty complicated, but not as bad as my hotmail one). So it takes him several times to get it (I still don't think he got the right one). Then I leave, anticipating the day when I would get it.
So the day comes when Grandia 3 comes out. The day before I had been feeling ill. So that Tuesday (Valentine's Day) I was vomiting all day. I finally had enough strength to get on the Hangar.
So today was the day I went to get G3. I was anxious all day. My classes went till 2, and I had to get back to take my puppy to the vet (Grandia 3, or my puppy... hard decision). I commute 30 minutes to school and I had preordered when I was shopping (in a town 30 minutes away from my house), so I had to drive up 30 minutes. Well, I get to the store at around 6. My receipt in my hand... (Probably foaming at the mouth) everyone was staring at me. I just wanted the game! Well... It was MY luck that a guy and his girlfriend were returning about 20 DVD’s (the clerk scanning each one...) I thought I was going to flip. Then I get in the next line... A mother was getting her 8 year old son GTA: San Andreas. So I had to wait even longer. It was killing me; I was even wringing my receipt in my hands. That takes forever, so the other line (that I had been in) was empty so I went there. The clerk picks up the phone (while giving me the wait hand flash) so I am left to suffer more agony. I feel like I'm in the movie Office Space now. Finally he gets to me. I hastily hand over the receipt, he places it in my hand, I confirm I am who I am and I LEAVE!! But then I realize that they didn’t give me my preorder compass! But at least I have the game. I get home at around 8. I put the game and find out that I don’t have enough space on my memory card. How sad… I guess I will just play ALL day tomorrow.

Wow! Christmas was nice. I received all the gifts that I had asked for.

I had oral surgery (to take out my top wisdom teeth) right before christmas. I was really glad that I was knocked out. It was peaceful to just sleep and then wake up without them. When I came home I really didn't have pain and I still haven't had any. I stopped taking the pain pills after 3 days since I didn't need them. Now I feel like I'm getting back to my regular schedule.

I've accumulated a ton of HK films on my Netflix list. I have already seen about 20 films. I love films with Tony Leung Chiu-Wai, Maggie Cheung (In the mood for love was excellent), Leslie Cheung, Michelle Yeoh, Gong Li (my first chinese film: Raise the Red Lantern in '98), Andy Lau, Donnie Yen and I could go on.

Also...

I've been having fun watching Shinhwa clips and videos. I loved them for a couple of years now. Hyesung is the best! Minwoo is awesome as well. I could watch them dance for hours. Kpop is great.

I've been looking at state and federal careers and what I have to do to get one. I'm pretty positive about it. Really sounds like something I might want to do.

I just finished PGSM all 49 acts and the Special and Zero Acts. Aww... Mako-chan and Motoki!

I'm enjoying my break of having to worry about nothing.

3:26 pm - Kakashi-sensei!
Well, this weekend I got nothing accomplished. I DID watch 152 episodes of Naruto, though. Fan subs make me happy. Oh yeah, I really like Kakashi. But who doesn't? Also I have added a new couple to my list. Kakashi/Iruka. Aww.. I really liked the Zabuza and Haku plot. But that was at the very beginning of the series. I'm glad I have not seen the dubs on television. I hear they are horrible. I should probably compare them, but then again... I would hate to start complaining.
Naruto is a good anime (getting a little windy towards the higher episodes), but it is still fun to watch. Ah, Kakashi-sensei...another great character. Inoue Kazuhiko does an awesome job. Also.. my favorite seiyuu Seki Tomokazu does Iruka's voice. He also voiced Chichiri and Kouji (Fushigi Yuugi), Touja (CCS), Ken (WK), Kamui(X), and Shindou (Gravitation) and a lot of other great voices I am too lazy to name. He also has a great singing voice!

Enough of that. I decorated our house today. Well, somewhat. Since I am somewhat tall, I could nail stuff in. That's about all I did.

I've been busy with classes. Only 2 more weeks!!

10:49 pm - Who knew?
I actually had fun at a horse show tonight. I volunteered for a charity that was helping fun the show. So I got in free, and I was glad I went. I was expecting snobby riders (there were a couple) but the rest of the people were VERY nice. Tennessee walking horses are quite beautiful. I was also quite suprised to see some attractive riders. I had a favorite guy, who won a lot of the groups, who was very nice and looked great on the horse and in a 20's looking outfit and hat. Wow... after awhile I stopped watching the horses giats and looked at the riders. Who knew dudes with horses were hot?!

10:57 pm - Salut!
Wow. The weekend is finally here. The first chance I had I played Chrono Trigger (I'm almost finished beating it). I just sat back and watched the 5th season of Oz. I want season 6 on DVD NOW!!

This week has been really busy. I had 3 different tests, several quizzes and enough lectures to make someone explode. I'm just happy that all of my professors decided to do away with midterms.

On wednesday I was walking out of my brit lit class and noticed the book sale.. and I bought a crap load of books. Only .50 for paperback and 1.00 for hardback.

I'm starting to get confused about Lost. My weekly friday Lost discussion with Megan yeilded many more questions. We still both find Sawyer to be the best character. Oh yeah.. Anna-Lucia is not cool, Jack and Kate are annoying, and it was happy to see Rose's husband was still alive.

I still can't find a good book from B&N. At this rate, I don't think I will be able to use my gift certificate.

I'm happy that the hockey season has started. I'm trying to get used to the new layout and team rosters. Yay! Time to get tickets!

I had a gov't test today. Tomorrow I have a history and Kin test. Wednesday I have a french quiz and a math quiz. How lovely.
Now I have a new project. I have to do voice over work for my boss. I also have to look for good music for the background and someone to be the second person.
All by this week. *falls over*

This has been a good week. The premiere of L&O SVU was great. Another reason to love Chris Meloni. Dang.. Lost was CRAZY tonight. I just don't think I can stand waiting until wednesday. I know I will have a lot to talk about in government class.
I FINALLY got gmail. I gave in.

I've been terribly lazy and busy to actually update in the journal. Many things have happened but I'm just too tired to write them down. Oh well...

Movies to need to see:

9:44 pm - And that's what I told you...
Tomorrow I have to go up to the college and get my books and finish my schedule. Then friday I have to work from for a couple of hours. Monday I start classes.
I finished the End of Evangelion movie. All I can say is "...". But I still love the series. I also got Sin City in and I'm going to watch it right when I am done with this entry.
I got to spend time with my dad today. I really like spending time with him, I feel like I am making up for lost time.
Well, I've been stretching everyday and I can feel a difference when I do splits and cartwheels. I still want to take yoga or a martial arts class. I was actually watching a video of some people doing Capoeira and I was really impressed.
And lastly, I gave my pets a bath.... And my cat bit me! Oh well, atleast they are clean.

Today I worked from 1 to 5. It is very good money and a great job to work "part-time." Some people that call can get a little annoying, but I don't let it get to me. I always sound happy when I pick up the phone. A weird thing happened at work. His idea about the video games is going over quite well. I bought about 5 games today and sold 3. Someone came in that reminded me of someone I know, but if they were older. Like how you can imagine how someone might turn out. It was freaky.
When I got home I was informed that we were dog-sitting. I don't mind, except this dog is a golden retriever, and I'm not too fond of large dogs. They seem to get in the way, and scare my rat terrier, beagle and 2 small cats. But it is only for the weekend.
I'm currently reading The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath. In HS I did a report about her (I acted it out in front of the class) and I decided that I would read it. I also checked out 2 Jane Austen books, Pride and Prejudice and Sense and Sensibility.
I can't wait to go see The Constant Gardener! Ralph Fiennes should be excellent as always. Rachel Weisz great as well.
I should get some sleep.

Well, I have been informed that I will be doing a commercial for my "boss." He is making a script and he wanted me to do the voice over for him. =D I've been told I have a pleasant voice, but when I hear myself I want to scream. Oh well. As long as I don't have to sing, I'll be fine.

I've been having weird dreams as of lately. Just thought I would say that.

Also, I found some wonderful fanfics in my communities. Thanks all!

Well I've had an exciting weekend. I was suprised find out that my old boss needed me to work from 11-5. I made $50! That is a lot for not literally have a job. =D
Then we went up to see the Celtic Woman concert. It was great! The Fox theatre was beautiful. I'm going to go to more productions up there. Then we went to the STL zoo, which is really nice. I would love to work there. I talked to the guy who was in the sea lion show and he said he had a psych degree and got the job right after college, so I'm hoping I can do the same.
When I got home I watched my dvd's that came in from Netflix. I LOVE Oz! It is a great show... with lots of great actors. All I have to say is solitary. I was happy to see Miguel get his time in solitary. =P~ And Chris Meloni as Keller.. and the whole B/K thing.. *sigh* dang.. in the words of Paris Hilton (who I could care less about, but put it perfectly) "That's hot."
I have my class schedule all figured out and I'm going to get my books pretty soon.

10:16 pm - Why?! I can't get it out of my HEAD!!!
I will never think of Handel's Mesiah the same way again. Poor poor Shinji. Poor poor Kaworu. Episode 24 was quite adorable. I actually liked the "ending" of Evangelion. I found it resolved the character developments and the psychology of the series. I am still going to watch Reborn/Ressurection and the End of Evangelion. I felt that my taste in anime is changing. I like a more mature anime. I seem to watch less anime now, but when I see a good series or feel the need to watch one, I do.

Well, I may possibly work for my old boss again. He may have me run the "game" part of his story. I would do inventory, update his website and whatnot. I am also looking into volunteering at a kennel. I hope I have enough time to do all these things.

I have completely redone my schedule. I actually have fun classes now. I need to go get my books.

I've had an urge to play FF5, and now I have gotten the airship. I'm really enjoying it. I'm going to make sure and bring my Ps2 on our trip to St. Louis. I'll play FF5 in the car!!

I went shopping for materials for classes. I bought a bulk of pencils and a crapload of paper. 1 thing of paper is for lectures and the other is for when I get bored and start to write short stories or work on random ideas that pop in my head.. (that 75 page story was going strong until finals).

Have you ever been in a situation that you wouldn't have been in if it wasn't for the time and place and when you get in that situation, you feel uncomfortable at meeting that person and want to scream? Me neither. +P

I only have 6 more episodes of Evangelion left. And I'm really enjoying it. So far I think my favorite character is Misato. I relate to her character (without the alcoholism).

Also, I went to the fair today. It was fun. Most of the rides looked quite unsafe, but that is besides the point. I mostly just walked around and bought random things. I also went to see the animals. The baby goat was adorable. I also saw a bunch of "Help Wanted" signs and thought, "I could be a carnie!!", then thought otherwise.

I talked to a friend who was going to college in another state, and we talked for a bit. I hope she has fun! That made me think about fall semester. I'm quite excited for classes to start again. I feel bored most of the time (when I'm just at home). But I was also looking into working at an animal shelter, which I hope will work out. I will still be volunteering at the zoo, so I will have to manage my time.

Oh yeah......

HOCKEY!!! Finally an agreement and the season starts in October. Thank you!

8:14 pm - Oh Poppycock!
I had a ton of fun today. I went to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory with a good friend. I hadn't seen her in awhile, so getting to hang out was really cool. We went to the mall, eat then killed some time going to other places. Then we went to see the movie.

I loved it! Johnny Depp was GREAT. I was highly impressed with the film (which I was expecting to be crap). The acting was excellent and I liked Tim Burton's version, dark and funny, yet still entertaining. Right up there with Edward Scissorhands. The only thing I didn't like were the Oompa Loompas. I didn't like it being played by one person.. and they looked too digitally manipulated. Other than that, I enjoyed it.

8:53 pm - I KNEW it!
I just finished the Half-Blood Prince. All I can say is wow. Well, I was right about who it was. I knew during the chapter that introduced the HBP who it was. Good Read! I laughed, I cried, I denied. I'm still optimistic about a certiain sexy evil, but no one would agree with me. Still my favorite character. That revelation about my other favorite adorable goodie was a shock. Not a bad shock.. but a weird shock.

I went to Barnes and Noble and waited in a huge line. It was quite fun. I've been reading on and off since I got the book. With the exception of my friend's baby shower.

4:18 pm - Only a little while until HP!
I have my pre-order paper for HP6. I go tonight and get my book. =P

Wednesday I went to my dermatologist to check out what I am allergic to. I break into hives every once in awhile. But now that I am taking an allergy pill, they are better. He was SO adorable! At one point he almost fell out of his chair. I have to make a diary to make sure I don't break out again. Then I went shopping for a friend's baby shower. All those little baby things were adorable. I'm still set on 1 child when I have a baby. And I want a little boy. Being a soccer or hockey mom sounds fun. Though I don't see myself having a child until I have finished my career goals and what not. I'm in no hurry.

Only 7 more hours until I get HP6. I hope Snape doesn't die.. but I have a BAD feeling about it... Non, s'il vous plait!
